SECOND CALL NOTICE INVITING TENDER
In continuation of the earlier Notice Inviting Tender and due to inadequate response, Second Call sealed tenders are hereby invited from eligible and experienced agencies for Refilling & Renewal of the existing Fire Extinguishers of the Bank installed at 16 branches of the Bank, Welfare Home and Head Office of the Bank at Contai, Purba Medinipur, as per NIT No.: CCBL/11/2025-26 dated 27.11.2025.
The tender documents, along with detailed scope of work, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and other terms and conditions, shall remain unchanged and shall be strictly as per the original tender document already published and available on the Bank’s website.
The last date and time for submission of the tender under this Second Call is 3:00 PM on 26th December, 2025. The tenders so received shall be opened on the same date at 4:00 PM at the Head Office of the Bank, Contai, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may wish to remain present.
** Corrigendum: In continuation of Tender No. CCBL/ENGG/BRR/2024-25/01 (CCBL/09/2024-25) published for “Proposed Civil/Furnishing & Electrical Refurbishment Work at Burrahbazar Branch”, the last date of submission and opening under the 2nd call is hereby extended up to 18th July 2025, 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM respectively.
